Kermon Management developed and supported the implementation of an integrated non-financial risk management approach providing efficiency across multiple areas, effective risk management, cost benefits. Tried and tested across a large telco operator in Tanzania this formed the basis of a globally integrated service model creating greater operating efficiencies and cohesion of risk mitigation initially across safety, security, fleet & facilities management areas. This integrated service model was successfully rolled out across the whole organisation and not only increased business resilience to emergency response, crisis management but also reduced corporate insurance premiums by more than USD 1m.
