Integrated Risk Management

Kermon Management developed and supported the implementation of an integrated non-financial risk management approach providing efficiency across multiple areas, effective risk management, cost benefits. Tried and tested across a large telco operator in Tanzania this formed the basis of a globally integrated service model creating greater operating efficiencies and cohesion of risk mitigation initially across safety, security, fleet & facilities management areas. ​ This integrated service model was successfully rolled out across the whole organisation and not only increased business resilience to emergency response, crisis management but also reduced corporate insurance premiums by more than USD 1m.

Emergency Response

Operating in emerging markets creates significant opportunities to review, revise and establish emergency response plans.  Kermon Management has proved significant support to multiple situations including but not limited to civil & political disorders, ebola health crisis, volcanic & seismic situation, cyclones & hurricanes, and security threats.

ISO Management

Kermon Management has supported the successful implementation and accreditation of multiple ISO Management systems which include 18001, and transition to 45001, 14001, 22301 for international global communication and digital lifestyle organisation.  The project spanned across 3 continents and 18 countries.

Training & Support

Kermon Management has supported clients by implementing a variety of bespoke and accredited training solutions.  Typical training solutions included but not limited to: health & safety passports for Telecoms engineers, security management, environmental awareness & emergency response, business continuity and crisis management.
