He has a passion for developing business optimisation solutions through an integrated services approach while building strong networks in diverse and often adverse environments. Kerion excels at managing large-scale strategic and operational initiatives while analysing trends and data to understand root causes and deliver predictive insight thus assisting organisations to reach their tactical short and long-term objectives. Garry Bridgwater

Garry has several years of top managerial experience in the telecommunications industry and knows the ins and outs of the pitfalls faced by organizations in today’s connected world. His strong leadership and analytical skills have served him in good stead as he worked his way around the globe from Africa to the Middle East, US, Canada, central and south America and the UK. More recently Garry has acquired an immense amount of expertise in; ISO Management Systems (gap analysis, establishing, certification & accreditation), auditing (45001, 14001, 22301, 27001), Risk Analysis & Management, Incident event investigations, Training & Awareness, Emergency Response, Business Continuity & Crisis Management. Garry holds a Master of Science degree from Bournemouth University, UK and in the true blue British style, he has a very pragmatic and no-nonsense approach to all security issues!

Lynton Edmunds
Senior Consultant
Lynton has over 32 years of military, security, intelligence gathering and investigative experience in high-risk areas across Africa and the Middle East, as well as the UK. He also has commercial experience gathered during his time as a partner and director in his own private sector business providing security, intelligence and investigative services to blue-chip corporate clients, as well as foreign governments. Lynton is fluent in English & Afrikaans.
